Based in Melbourne, our network operates up and down most of the eastern seaboard. We are a group of consultants who want to work directly with schools, and to ensure theory culminates in positive and permanent changes in teaching practise. Most of us have current direct experience working in all sectors of education. We cover the pre-school, primary, secondary, tertiary and special education fields as our consultants all bring extensive expertise in all these areas to your educational context

Jo Lange

Jo Lange has worked extensively with teachers in a variety of educational settings throughout Australia specialising on behaviour management, and dealing with difficult adult behaviour. She been an educator for over thirty years in a diverse range of settings. She started as a primary teacher, moving to co-ordinating TAFE programs for youth, community & child care workers, specialising in interpersonal communication and behaviour managemen. Her experience has also inclided co-ordination and teaching within ‘at risk’ young people programs. She has also taught in the community education area, being involved with people with a wide range of disabilities, as well training within the alcohol and drug sector. Over the years, Jo has also worked in the industry sector, most recently within building & construction. Jo has over twelve years experience as a private educational consultant, specialising in the behaviour management, personal effectiveness, and team dynamics areas, working mainly with teachers in schools. Her passion is skilling teachers and schools to deal with 'naughty' people, big or small.

              Lesley Hyde specialises in professional development in the school counselling, welfare & community well-being area. She recently carried out a roll out of a national initiative to promote the award-winning program 'Schools First', a program that ‘puts schools at the heart of the community'. Her passion to support well-being in schools, and the importance of investing in 'social capital', enhances Lesley' experience of over 20 years as a primary teacher. Lesley has also had extensive expertise with young people at risk, culminating in specialised qualifications in student welfare and counselling. She is also currently working as a crisis/sexual assault counsellor and completing her Masters Degree in Public Health.
